Conditions for Returns
Eligible Returns:
- Only defective or wrong items are eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns for any other reason, such as a change of mind or personal preference, will not be accepted.
- By placing an order, you agree to our return policy and terms.
Return for Larger Orders:
- Orders containing 6 or more items are not eligible for returns.
Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return, kindly follow these steps:

Reach out to us within 4 days of receiving your product.
Return Shipping:
Ship the parcel to the following address:

Send the parcel photo and return slip via WhatsApp to +91 84889 30962 for verification.
Temporary Update on Pickup Service:
We usually offer a return pickup service, but due to operational issues with the courier, we are currently unable to provide this service. We kindly request you to ship the parcel yourself until the issue is resolved. Return pickup service will resume on 17th October 2024, 12:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer two options for eligible returns:
Store Credit:
Store credit will be added to your VRUTALAY account, which can be used to purchase any item from our website.
Bank Refund:
If you prefer a refund to your bank account, a ₹250 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange:
A ₹250 exchange fee applies for product exchanges. Any difference in product prices must be settled by the customer.
Important Notes
- Original packaging and tags must be intact for the return to be accepted.
- Sarees with fall and edging or customized products are non-returnable.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Only one-time return or exchange is allowed per order.
- By making a purchase, you agree to our return policy and terms.
Why We Deduct Fees for Refunds and Exchanges
We charge a small fee for refunds and exchanges to maintain the high-quality service we offer. Our team works hard to process every order flawlessly, and these charges help us continue to improve your shopping experience.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched.
- Cancellation charges may apply.

Dispute Resolution
